My puppy Hank just graduated from his puppy training class, and I could not be more grateful to his trainer, Megan! Not only did she keep class fun and informative (and gave us plenty of useful handouts so we knew exactly what to practice at home in case we forgot anything), but she spent the beginning of every class quizzing us and reminding us about the fundamentals to ensure we remembered everything. She always made herself available via email in case we ever had any questions and made sure we knew that she’s still available to us even after graduation. We also learned so much more than just training: Megan talked about nutrition, grooming, stimulation, exercise, affection, how to get them used to being handled by strangers (like vets and groomers), watching for body language cues, etc. It was a VERY informative class and even better than I expected! One class ended a little early and she went over the Quiet command, which normally isn’t taught in our beginner class, but she did it just because I asked since it’s something we were struggling with at home. We will definitely be signing up for the adult beginner class and will make sure to get Megan as our trainer again! She just went above and beyond what you’d expect from a trainer and truly does have a way with dogs — every puppy in the class followed her every move and command! Not just Megan, but the entire staff was amazing! They knew exactly what they were talking about and were all so friendly and professional. Lisa spent so much time on the phone with me walking me through how to help combat my puppy’s car phobia, and the whole staff is just so kind and attentive. You can tell how much they all truly love and care for the dogs and are so patient if any puppies have accidents or get overly loud or excited. Absolutely amazing experience!
