LOPCI has been a godsend. Excellent boarding and doggy day care, but the dog training is way out in front. Our rescued pit mix turned out to be aggressive with dogs and strangers, particularly men. She is well on her way to being a good girl. I also highly recommend the LOPCI presentation on dog language - game changing.

This is a wonderful and trustworthy facility to leave your dog. We’ve been customers for nearly a year and have also boarded our dog there a few times. Our dog has always left the facility tired and oh so happy from all the exercise and play he gets there. The staff is so friendly and truly committed to the animals. I can’t recommend them enough!

We are extremely happy with the progress we have seen in such a short period of time. The staff are absolutely amazing and we are gaining so much from the training Kasper is receiving. The trainer is addressing his needs and the behaviors that we are concerned about. What they are doing has made such a big difference! They are extremely knowledgeable and they take the time to share feedback and answer our questions. I learned real quick that our dogs are most important to them and everything else follows. Even when we are in a class, he still gets individual attention with a focus on what needs to be addressed.

I would also highly recommend their grooming services! The groomer took on a major task with our older dog who no one could ever groom. She not only did a wonderful job, but she did it with love and care. She took the time to find out what works best for him and helped him work through his fears. She even sang “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” to him during the process. What groomer does that? A wonderful groomer like her! I am so grateful to her and her very kind and gentle ways. Her personality, positive attitude, and genuine outlook made such a big difference. Reilly and Kasper both found their home away from home!

We took my puppy, Birdie there for puppy class and we had a wonderful experience. Our trainers really took the time to go into detail about the fundamentals of a pack leader. We’re already signed up for adult beginner classes! I really recommend this canine program whether that be a group training course or a private instructional class.

I had a great experience taking my older puppy to a class at Leader of the Pack. He was anxious and scared of other dogs so I was unsure how he’d do in a class. They did a thorough evaluation and let me try a class before committing to 6 weeks. They were great with him even when he was a little disruptive and he and I both learned a lot! I had an easy time using their techniques to continue training at home. I also had a really helpful in-home training session with Jason to correct some issues at home. Overall I’ve been super impressed with the trainers at Leader of the Pack, they are truly dog whisperers!

Their puppy and adult classes are so informative and fun! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. My dogs have loved learning and socializing with the LOTP family and other pups. Highly recommend!

We recently adopted a 15 year old toy poodle mix who was in desperate need of grooming. She had some matted hair and messes around her eyes.

Gabby spent time with me before the appt getting to know Pippi and explaining to me what her options would be. We had booked a 2 hour appt so she had plenty of time to pamper her and, because of her age, to give her time for breaks if needed. I picked up a new dog!!! Gabby is incredibly talented and truly cares about the pets and their owners. She told me what to watch for after the type of clipping she needed, which I very much appreciated as a first time parent of a groomed dog! Definitely might have saved me from some needless worrying!! Booked the next appt and can’t wait to go back again. From the first call to book the appt though checking out today EVERYONE was so so kind and friendly and professional.

Ryder recently graduated from Adult Beginner 1 and the entire training process with LOPCI was an absolute blast. Jason and his team do a fantastic job and keep it fun. Everything is well organized from the moment you walk into the building. We will be back for the rest of the training classes. If you haven't signed up yet, you are missing out!

Gabby has been grooming my Samoyed show dog, She is fantastic! She goes above and beyond to make sure he is groomed perfectly! She is also very nice and personable! I adore her!

Everyone is very welcoming and so willing to work with you and your puppy. you can ask questions any time and they will help. one of my favorite things is when you are having trouble with your puppy and need help with corrections they will jump in right away and watch you to make sure you do everything correctly so that way you and your pup will succeed.

This Friday, July 12th I had an individual training session with Lisa and John McDonald for my Great Dane, Dallas. The session was excellent and Lisa and John are fantastic instructors. They covered all my concerns with Dallas and went over detailed instructions on how to correct her behavior. They did not rush the session and answered all my questions and provided excellent advice. I have complete confidence in Lisa and John's abilities and they treated Dallas as if she was their own dog. Dallas and I have gone through four training classes with Leader of the Pack and each class was very enjoyable and constructive. John, Lisa and all the instructors are extremely professional and dedicated with caring and providing the best techniques for training. I will definitely continue to bring Dallas to classes when ever the need arises. Leader of the Pack is a fantastic organization and all the staff are top notch.

I have a Samoyed show dog and Gabby grooms him. She is a really nice and sweet person, who is the same way with the dogs she grooms. She does an outstanding job grooming him. I couldn’t be happier!

We love LOTP!! Delilah gets excited just pulling into the parking lot. The staff is wonderful....always friendly, helpful, and fun! We trust them with our Delilah and know she's enjoying her time with both her canine and human friends.

A few years ago I reviewed LOPCI and gave them 5 stars. I can honestly say they still earn a 5-star rating. We rescued our Lab in 2014 and realized we needed training help. There were 5 people in our house and we all did things differently. Needless to say, our puppy became very confused. LOPCI not only trained her, they trained us. We all went to class and learned 1 way to teach her things. She is so smart! We started taking her to Daycare not long after training class. She is a high energy pup and needs the interaction with her friends. We have used their boarding services also with absolutely no complaints. The staff is AWESOME!!! My baby even gets her nails done and teeth brushed there! Below is a pix of our Heidi after a day of play at LOPCI! She absolutely LOVES it there!

Can’t say enough good things about LOPCI! We’ve been taking our 11 year old Pug Mason there for 10+ years. Started off with puppy training and continued using all their wonderful services throughout the years. We’d be lost without them. Recommend them highly!

We started using John and Lisa's services in 2010, when we adopted Sadie, a Rescue dog who had reactivity issues. Since then, we have used LOPCI to train 2 additional rescues. Sadie came to us with a multitude of issues. She was reactive to dogs and people, highly anxious and impossible to walk. With the help and dedication of both of them, we are able to walk her in public areas. She has also learned to play with our newest adoptee, something that I had doubts about when we were considering bringing a new dog into our household. But because of Lisa, I knew what traits to look for and how to pick a compatible companion for Sadie. From the day we brought the puppy home, Lisa worked with and guided us in how to introduce and acclimate the two together. Sadie now plays like a dog, enjoying herself with her new brother, Bowser, something I feared she would never learn. We also use the boarding facilities several times a year and daycare for our puppy. I love being able to watch Bowser play (thanks to the Webcams) during my lunch. I never have any concerns about leaving my dogs in LOPCI's care. Lois is a fantastic groomer and has always done a great job with our dogs. Our newest rescue, Bowser, went through the puppy class and Adult 1 training with Megan, who is equally pleasant and competent. This is not a business that is just in it for the money. The staff truly does love dogs and care for their clients--both human and canine.

I've been using LOPCI for daycare and boarding my dogs for almost 2 years now and we've had nothing but great experiences! I had Archie in beginner classes when he was a puppy and the class was very helpful. Archie barked during the entire class and for every class, but the staff never got frustrated or was annoyed with him interrupting. Now I use LOPCI for boarding and Archie and Lana are always so excited to go in and play with the other dogs. I love that they can also get Frosty Paws or a Kong during their stay. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful with answering any questions I have. There was a time when Archie had a wound healing on his nose and it opened up while playing. They called me to let me know and that they put him aside so his nose can start to heal again. They also pulled a tick once from under Lana's belly while she was boarding. Knowing that they are paying close attention to my dogs even when there are literally dozens there at times, makes me feel more confident in the care they are receiving.

We love Leader of the Pack! The work family of staff is simply that, a family. And the staff treat my Stewie as their own. They are the best all around facility and service for your dog, period.

We are LOPCI super fans! Our 7 year old Labradoodle Stella is well taken care of - whether she is there for boarding, for daycare, or for grooming. The staff is friendly and they get to know your dog and your family. It often feels like the bar "Cheers" when you arrive. We highly recommend Lois for grooming - she does a great job!
